WHO WE ARE
We are St. Dominic Council #3729
Our council was founded in October of 1953. Members met in the cafeteria of St. Dominic School. After meeting at St. Dominic School for over 20 years it was time to build a council home. The Knights acquired a double on Vicksburg, and a new council home was built. The building's dedication was held on February 27, 1972. When Katrina hit in August of 2005 our home was severely damaged. With the help of faith based groups from around the country and the hard work of Brother Knights, our home was rebuilt and became once again an important part of our community.
